Discovery
A specific agenda designed to learn about your business, finances, and challenges to determine if we're a good fit as your bookkeeper.
Onboarding
An onboarding call is for new or returning clients kicking off service with us. We'll go through a list of necessary items for us to be able to service your account effectively.
Meeting FAQs
Do I need an agenda or anything prepared ahead of time?
Nope. If you want to give Layne a head start, add one sentence in the form—for example, “QuickBooks categorization question,” “cleanup progress check-in,” or “I’m not sure this transaction is recorded correctly”—but it’s optional.
What if I need a quick follow-up or additional time?
If we run out of time, you can book another slot (or a longer duration) for a follow-up. For anything time-sensitive, add a short note in the booking form so we can prioritize the most important item first.
