How much time should I book?
30 minutes: One quick question, a handful of related questions or a short review.
60 minutes: Deeper discussion—multi-topic planning, partnership meetings, proposal walk-throughs, or “let’s map the next step.”
Do I need an agenda or anything prepared ahead of time?
Nope. If you want to give Paul a head start, add one sentence in the form (example: “pricing + scope for monthly bookkeeping” or “partner intro + referral process”), but it’s optional.
