Nonprofit bookkeeping in Oklahoma

Your board, your donors, and your tax professional all need to trust your numbers. We keep your books current and reconciled, deliver monthly reports, and prepare the supporting records your tax professional needs for your Form 990.

Form 990 season is stressful every single year

You want someone steady who will still be here next year

An audit is coming up, and you're not sure your records will hold up

What's included

Nonprofit bookkeeping is built on the same monthly close process as all of our work, in QuickBooks Online.

Monthly bookkeeping

Transactions recorded and categorized consistently, every month.

Monthly reconciliations

Bank and credit card accounts matched to your statements, so your balances hold up.

Monthly financial reports

Clear monthly financials you can share with leadership.

Form 990 supporting records

Organized, reconciled year-end records your tax professional uses to prepare your Form 990.

What we do and don't do

We don't prepare or file Form 990s or tax returns. Our job is to make sure your tax professional gets clean, organized records, so the filing goes smoothly and quickly. If you don't have a tax professional, we can recommend one.

Audit support

When your organization goes through an audit, we coordinate with your auditors and support them throughout the process, so your staff and board aren't left to handle it alone. We don't perform the audit itself.

Audit support is handled as its own project, separate from monthly bookkeeping, and billed at our standard hourly rates. Audits typically take many hours of work beyond the regular monthly close, so billing it separately keeps your monthly fee predictable.

Onboard & go

We connect your accounts, set up rules, and confirm your chart of accounts. Then, each month we reconcile, review, and deliver your reports.
