BBB Accreditation Evidence

PLS Balance My Books Is Now a BBB Accredited Business

We’re happy to share that PLS Balance My Books is now a BBB Accredited Business through the Better Business Bureau serving Eastern Oklahoma.

It’s a nice milestone for us, but the accreditation itself isn’t really the point.

The bigger point is what it represents.

When we started PLS, we knew bookkeeping would always be built on trust. Clients are giving us access to some of the most important information in their business. They need to know that we’ll communicate clearly, follow through, handle their information responsibly, and do what we say we’re going to do.

Those expectations sound simple, but they matter a lot.

That’s especially true in a service business. Clients may not always see every reconciliation, review, or cleanup happening behind the scenes, but they absolutely notice whether someone responds when they have a question. They notice whether deadlines are met. They notice whether problems are explained clearly instead of buried under jargon. That’s the kind of business we’ve tried to build from the beginning.

Becoming BBB Accredited gives us another way to show that commitment publicly. It means PLS has met the BBB’s standards for trust, transparency, responsiveness, and ethical business practices.

We’re proud of that.

At the same time, we know a badge on a website doesn’t create trust by itself. Trust is earned one conversation, one deadline, and one client relationship at a time. So while we’re excited to add BBB Accreditation to the list of milestones PLS has reached, our day-to-day work doesn’t really change. We’ll keep doing what we’ve been doing: helping small businesses stay organized, understand their numbers, and feel confident about what’s happening in their books.

We’re grateful to our clients, friends, referral partners, and the local business community for the confidence they continue to place in us.
