Yes. We're based in Owasso, and we work with businesses throughout the Tulsa area and across Oklahoma. Most of our work happens through a secure online workflow, so where you're located doesn't change the service you get. When an in-person meeting makes sense, we're happy to set one up.
Do you file my business taxes?
No. We do tax preparation support, not tax filing. That means we prepare clean, reconciled books and provide a CPA-ready package for your tax professional. If you need a tax pro, we can recommend one of our partners, or help you identify what to look for.
What is a typical monthly cost range?
Bookkeeping costs vary based on volume and complexity, but most of our small business clients fall somewhere between $300–$800 per month for professional monthly bookkeeping.
